1) Launching iMovie X for the first time.

4) Import Video Files Located On Your Computer.


After this step is complete, stop and wait for further instructions.  











5) Version 1 - Putting together a simple edit of the golf scene.  (Using only the yellow clips from the scene map)  













6) Fixing low quality and volume audio.

a) Raising the volume in the timeline.

b) Using the Equalizer preset for voice enhance. 






7) Fixing mismatched color  problems. 

a) Color Balance - Match Color tool.


b) Color Correction - Adjust (lower) Brightness

5) Creating a new movie project called "Username iMovie Tips" 

6) Adjusting Project settings to eliminate zoom/Ken Burns movement effect on imported photos. 

7) Applying the green screen effect to video clips and cleaning up the key.  

8) Advanced Green Screen. Applying the green screen effect to a photo and using the crop tool. 

9) Apply Cutaway, Side by Side 
and Picture in Picture Effects. 

AUDIO TIPS
In order to lower the volume of a clip, drag the audio wave down to adjust the percentage. 
In order to mute only part of a clip. Click and hold the mouse down to activate a range selector. 

You can obtain additional sound effects/music not found in iMovie by going to
 audio blocks.com

Search and download the MP3 or WAV file.  
Be aware that iTunes will open up (agree to all the terms/prompts) after downloading.
